  12. Version 1.16 has Enforcer hits removed, bugs fixed, improvements,
  13. detects a bad version of 'Sendmail', variance from RFC standards
  14. corrected, can obtain the 'To:' address from the mail text file
  15. and handles addresses specified as name & address.

  19. Now accesses the local hosts file for the alias SMTPHost!
  20. Fixed a bug that caused location of the To: field to fail.
  21. Problems with extended results now fixed :-)
